I havd dealt with a fair share of promoters but Sienna is by far the most dissappointing. I had confirmed tickets with Sienna Entertainment back in November, and today *4 days before New Years Eve* they drop me an email saying: Subject: RE: NYE REFUND XS Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel all our New Years Eve services this year for XS. We just issued you a refund to your card. We deeply apologize and we sent you a link for tickets if you still wish to go to XS. You should see a refund to your card in the next 1-2 business days. http://wynnlasvegas.snaptickets.com/Events/ShowEvent.aspx?eventId=11754 Last minute surprise sucker punch to the face. Great.
