I had a pleasant experience with Ted Wiens some years back and just recently my mother and sister both raved about their experience there after I referred them. After having a couple of places to inspect my brakes I decided to take it to Ted Wiens for the needed repairs. Jon Asay was wonderful in explaining everything to me; what needed to be done and what could wait. He also made me feel good about the "investment" I was making in my car. Kudos to anyone that could make me feel good about spending $400 and not have at least a couple pair of shoes to show for it. :) Jon was also very friendly and personable which always enhances a car repair experience. I know that I have other maintenance items that will need to be completed and I'll be back to see the folks at Ted Wiens.
