Let me start by saying Don is the real deal, he actual answers his phone. my real estate agent referred me to some one and all I got was a web page and a phone number that referred me back to the web page. Not the way I do business. I am so glad that company did that to me cause I would not of found Don. He is the American dream a small business owner that know what customer service is.
I usually think of yelp for restaurants, but I actual found Don via Yelp, and I am so glad I did, he answer the phone when I called him, and took the time to answer all my question, about cost, his experience, and other information.
Don showed up on time, asked me what my concerns where and allowed me to be there during the whole inspection, he was patient with all of my questions about the home, as we walked the property. He was very detailed in his inspection. and at the end of his inspection took the time to go thru all 300 of the pictures with me and my realtor. He spent 5 hours in total on this property, and still stuck to his quoted price.
I wish there were more people like Don. I truly felt he cared about the worked he did. and I highly recommend him.
