I have never heard of this store, and actually I just walked in and thought it was part of the new Nordstroms! I have rarely seen such well made beautifully styled clothing in decades. They have cashmere blend long coats with such really classic designs and detailing, fantastic wool blend jackets and capes. I bought one down coat for $99 and it's thick and light. The next day was Black Friday and I bought a long mid calf length down coat with a really well designed hood for $79. Very light down. They have beautiful wool sweaters, both men's and women's, and large selections of ultra light down vests and little down jackets. Everything I see there is both functional and fashionable, which is a very rare commodity.
I was in Eddie Bauer and an Asian woman said to me "did you buy the 'Heattech underwear, they're famous for them' ". I went back and got extra warm long johns, I was worried they wouldn't fit without trying them on, these things fit like I special ordered them! I can't believe the quality, flexible and smooth. She also told me their socks are supposed to be very good as well.
Just look at all the seams in any of these clothes and there's no threads hanging or other defects that you see in almost everything else these days. Whoever does there outsourcing knows what they're doing and demanding the best manufacturing.
I'll see how well these items last after repeated wearing and washing, which is where most down coats start to disintegrate and leak bits of down.
