Well as I am on the road all the time for work delivering freight access the U.S. I visit many Hotels and Motels and this one is not the best nor the worst BUT here are my pros and cons for any potential visitor to this particular establishment: Pros Modern and remodeled Conveniently located near interstate Allows pets FREE Laundry facilities Free WiFi Cons Bad area with drug dealers and prostitution No FREE water with loyalty card like all Red Roofs Most of staff is hard to understand and from INDIA? Rude staff for the most part who stare at you weird Late night trips to you car not recommended Messy and odd laundry facilities Card on room tables threatening of credit card charges for missing items such as Alarm Clock, Towels, Etc. 11:00 Check Out vs many Red Roof 12:00 Check Out times with 9:00 housekeeping knock if you forget to put "Do NOT disturb" card on door. 12:00 seems to be the very EARLIEST check IN time even with reservations. Limited food delivery options due to high criminal activity area. No Pizza Hut but Dominos dared to make the trip gaining a 10 tip from us for his bravery! Long walk from entrance to ALL rooms with ZERO rooms with parking lot to room door option forcing you to make many and all trips from lobby or rear entrance all the way to your room thus, passing the staffs strange and angry looking glares and having to keep your dog close to your side or in your arms to avoid even worse glares and moans from staff who forced you to have to bring dog into main lobby and stairwell in the first place!
