Dishonest business!
Yesterday I went to the store to replace a Note 5 Battery. I specifically ask for an original Samsung battery not Made In China cheap replacement. The store owner/manager repeatedly guarantee they only use the original parts. When I picked up the phone, she refused to show me the OLD battery that removed from the phone. This morning, my phone dropped from 100% to 85% in less than 5 minutes. The phone does not hold charge. I went back to the store and demand the tech to open the back cover in front of me. The store owner refused. I went to another store and open the back cover. I found:
1. The new battery is a no name, made in China battery that hardly fit into the space.
2. The back cover was replaced by the store because the Verizon logo was missing.
DONT GO THERE. SHE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE.
