I have rented here twice for business related trip to L.A. and prices are good but they need to work on their customer service skills. Two black men that work there are not approachable. I waited about 7 min standing in the front counter while the counter guy was on the computer, no greetings whatsoever. Unless I start talking he's not talking, no smile. I only pick this location due to only 2 min drive from my house but this week's LA trip will be to other rental company. Maybe I have better luck being treated as valued and repeat customer.
