Wow, do not buy furniture here if you want it delivered in your lifetime. We were told 10-14 days and it ended up being 9-10 weeks for delivery! Of course on the receipt it says delivery can take a minimum of 4 weeks for 'special orders'. Every time I called (abt once per week) I talked to a different person who had no idea what was up with our order and they told me they would call back with more information which never happened!! They also refused to give a refund. The lack of customer service is outstandingly abysmal. They have no concept of treating customers with respect. If they had told me from the start delivery would take several weeks this review would be different. It's that easy! I am happy with the bedroom set we bought for the price but I should've spent more at a more respected furniture store. Very bad job, Bigs!
