I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive thru. Nobody answered or told me there was a wait or anything so I pulled up to the window. The workers literally looked at me and walked by without saying anything. I finally had to yell at the window to get somebody's attention. When the girl came, her excuse for not taking my order was that she was in the bathroom. This is not the first time I had to wait an extended period just for somebody to answer at the drive thru. I go to Burger King same times and get my order taken right away. This Wendy's used to be an excellent location but the new staff has been horrendous at the drive thru at night time.
