Very disappointed and upset with business at this store. We have ordered balloons in the past for special occasions here with no problems, but today will be the last time we ever come to this store. Make sure you get evidence if you do over the phone orders because a simple miscommunication can turn into a pricy, unwanted balloon order. Today is a special senior football event and we will be bringing the wrong colored balloons! The most unprofessional part of this unfortunate experience was that the General Manager couldn't even do the smallest thing to help us..."it was a too bad so sad", elementary approach!!!!
