Customer Service is awful. The owner never even attempts to say hello, thank you or goodbye. If you don't ask for his terminology of what coffee drink you are ordering he snaps at you. Very Rude! I've been there a dozen times only because its the only one in this area and I can't believe he's still in business. Very unprofessional. Hire someone else if you aren't friendly.
