Be very careful with these guys - for no reason my fee went to 12.99. Paid them for over 25 years - then I got rid of my phone line and they with held 8 month as a credit - spelled they just ripped me off. I've had my first email exchange with them - consumers be careful - btw if your line is cut they don't know - there is no keep alive.
