This past Spring, the gym cancelled all classes with a one week notice, to be replaced by XGT. The front desk was a disorganized mess -you couldn't get a consistent answer. Spinning was supposed to continue, but it would occasionally be cancelled without any advance notice.
I nervously decided to try the XGT. It's a tuff workout, but rather addicting. Christian is adorable and motivating. I've only done Trina's class a couple times and like her as well. What is more surprising, happily, is the front desk is great now! Shannon works the desk and Tyler the manager is good and attentive. Complete change from a few months ago. Keep up the good work.
