Never Again!!!!! If it wasn't for the groupon "gift" I would've never ever called this company. I REALLY wish I would've read the reviews prior to calling them. Was first told when I first scheduled a time a day that the guy would be here between 12-2pm..nope didn't even show up until about 330.. Started and about 10 min in states he'd be right back because he needed to get materials?!? What carpet cleaning business needs to leave mid session for materials? Oh and he didn't have a phone on him.. He left for about an hour and a half returned and finished the job at 650... I will never use this company again I don't care if I get a groupon gift totally not worth it at all- I even had to put in more money than what the groupon was worth.. BS!! Will use a different, more professional company next time!!!! They only received 1 star from me because I can't put no stars...
