Before you sign up please search the Ohio Attorney General's complaint database and the Better Business Bureau reports for Urban Active. You will see hundreds of complaints and an overall 'F' rating from the BBB who actually revoked Urban Active's BBB certification.
As some other reviewers have noted - the facilities are great if a bit overcrowded. The training staff however are terrible. It is incredibly difficult to cancel even when you meet the contract cancellation criteria and provide all the necessary documentation. In my case I was told that my contract had been cancelled so you can imagine my surprise when I was called by their billing department to say that I was six months delinquent and could be sent to collections.
Basically, if you do your homework and take a look at the sites mentioned above you probably will try to find another gym. The gym itself is pretty good if you stick with the basic membership and do not need to cancel for any reason.
