I write reviews very rarely. Only when I am truly inspired. And this is such a case. I worked with Alderus, Jon Gedde in particular there, on a fairly complicated mortgage for a brand new home. With all of the added stringency and raised bar to qualify for a mortgage these days, Jon and Alderus were able to marshall their savvy, their thorough document preparation and various funder relationships to get us financing for our dream home. We couldn't be more thrilled or more satisfied.
Alderus' many extra efforts truly defined the phrase, "going the extra mile." I wouldn't hesitate for a split second to recommend Jon and his team there... which is why I'm Yelping him/them for all to know just how good a mortgage company can be.
