Last weekend I ordered my family food from the store and we had to wait an hour and a half for it to be delivered and when it arrived at my home we had to microwave the food to make it edible. The fries were not cooked and they were hard, and they didn't even ship the dessert that was supposed to come with my sons kids meal. We have ordered from this store several times and the food is never arriving hot.
