As a nearly 40 year resident of Las Vegas, and a lover of a good massage, I'm always on the lookout for a new/good place of massage businesses. Driving by their location numerous times a day, I noted Crystal's Foot Massage opened in a unique location. Unlike other Asian Massage Parlors found throughout the Las Vegas Valley, Crystal's is close to the (south) Strip. I thought Crystal's might be different. It is NOT. Driving by earlier in the evening I stopped in to confirm they would be open when I got off work. My 11:00 p.m. visit was confirmed. I arrived at 11:00 p.m. and immediately found Crystal's to be cold: both personality-wise and temperature-wise. Cold is NOT the way to begin a relaxing massage! I was shown into my massage room, then left alone - but with no instructions ... and I was immediately confused (not to mention COLD). If I was there for a "foot massage" there was no indication of where to sit. If I was there for a "full body massage" there was no place to put my clothing. (As I waited ... and waited ... for my "masseuse" to return I ended up just telling myself "screw it." I took off all my clothes and tossed them in a pile on the floor as there was no other place to put them than on the floor!) Now I'm naked, still wondering what to do. I finally took a towel, a seeming cover for a foot-stool, and lied down attempting to cover my man-hood/bare buttocks. Very confused, very disorganized, and very cold. And that's just the set-up. The subsequent hour-long "massage" was far less than even average. No foot massage, no head/face/scalp/neck massage. No hand or arm massage. Far less than average even by Vegas's massage parlors standards. I don't leave a lot of Yelp reviews. But when I see a place of business which has nothing but a handful of 5 star reviews, I visit the business, and I feel the reviews are different than my experience, that gets my goat. I leave a 1 star, honest, review!
