Hotel is actually pretty good - worth 3 stars or maybe more. Breakfast a Shula's dreadful. Two days in a row, no staff when I arrived, rubbery scrambled eggs, had to search someone out to get a cup of coffee. Politely complained to manager after first day - day 2 no change. Thanks but no thanks. I will stay elsewhere next time in Cleveland. Pity because outside of the lousy restaurant the place is pretty good. Update - after the debacle with breakfast two days in a row the manager volunteered to grant me extra HHonors points to compensate me - nice gesture. However, just like the gesture of a "free breakfast" is great - but worth nothing if it sucks so bad you don't want it - likewise the gesture of the extra HHonors points. If you offer them to shut me up and don't deliver (2 weeks later - nothing) all you do is GUARANTEE that I and my my family will never visit again. What a pity - potentially a nice hotel, but with staff who apparently don't give a hoot. I for one will avoid in my frequent visits to Cleveland.
