I had a great experience with Marie Cutrer. She had done my eyeliner a year ago and I was very pleased. This year I was ready for it all, eyeliner touch up, lips and eyebrows.I did have concerns after reading the review by PD. But her low prices were to tempting and all I could afford.
After all was done it was remarkable how well she shaped my brows and lips and also she was very conservative with colors so although my tattoos are enhancing, it does not look over the top but very NATURAL, which is exactly what I asked for. Now when I wake up and look in the mirror I feel beautiful. Thanks so much Marie. Your the BEST.
