You can see the Chef and owner in the pass putting the finishing touches on every dish before it goes out to the tables, what a beautiful sight! Finish your dish with the butterscotch budino-hand to god one of the best desserts I've ever put in my mouth. 12/10 recco my friends this spot is a Las Vegas gem!
