Absolute worst service to use.. I didn't want to give a star but I had to. We had services booked for a party of 30, when the bus came it was not either of the ones promised (Big Daddy or Daddy Mac). The bus was so small my sister and her husband (who came to Vegas from Wales in the United Kingdom) couldn't even get on. The company said they would refund them yet the still have not... mind you we were there 3/11/17. We stood around in the parking lot almost 2 hours why they pretended to try and fix the situation. Needless to say we completely missed the second club, and they sure didn't have front of the line and no wait access. As for our host....lets just say he SUCKED and left us hanging a few time, or in his words before walking away "I wash my hands of this." We have called and emailed them as we feel they should refund my sister and her husband in full as they couldn't even go, and refund at least half to the other 28 who had to endure a horrible experience. I could go on and on about the horrible situation but I think you get it....
