Filling out the form online helps when you finally get up to the window but you still have to stand in line with everyone else. We went on a Saturday at 10 a.m. and the line was pretty long but by noon the line was coming out the door. Only two or three windows were open so it was slow going. maybe about 20 minute wait. We thought about coming at 9 at night but didn't want to waste party time getting the marriage license so we did it in the day. Not sure if the lines were extra long because everyone's trying to get married before the year ends
