Well these guys are out to make money that's for sure. They will charge you as much money as possible once you move out. So if you decide to live here then remember to video record everything when moving in and out. I gave them a 200 deposit and they charged me for 195 of it. I left them a perfect apartment when I moved out. They charged me $40 to clean the stove, $40 for the refrigerator, $10 microwave, $10 counters, $15 windows, $45 for supposed ink in the bedroom, $25 for a supposed heavy stain on the patio. I walked through and nothing was wrong with this apartment. Also the lady at the front desk was totally rude to me every time I went in or called. Do not rent from them.
By the way I had transferred into a bigger apartment in the same complex. All together it's been two years that I have lived here. I just gave my 30 day notice and it is not even the 15th of the month. A lady from the office and a maintenence worker just knocked on my door. I was on the phone and my 3 year old was sleeping. I wasn't going to answer the door and then I heard the lady say "Do they really think that we don't know they are here". So I answered the door and the lady rudely told me that they were here for inspection. I asked them why is that and she said they gave me a 48 hour letter of notice for inspection. I asked her where she sent the letter to and she told me someone from maintenence put it on the door. I never got a letter at all from them. So I asked her if they could do this tomorrow she laughed and said no so I said give me 30 minutes she said no, then I said 10 minutes she said no. So I said no to the inspection. I ended up calling her a bitch for being so rude to me lol. She was just trying to catch me off guard before I clean the apartment to mark me off on a ton of stuff.
