This is the real deal. Best pulled noodles in the southwest. Equally important to great hand noodles are the broths and sauces they put the noodles in. We have the beef noodle soup, the chicken and mushroom noodles and pork and cabbage pan fried dumplings. All the meats were high quality and fresh. I will be coming back!
