Even though CBC is quite a drive from my homestead, it is still by far a top contender on my list of local brewers. Located in a quaint historic mill building, the folks at Cabarrus Brewing get down and dirty brewing up some delicious concoctions out of those large silver vats.
Plenty of seating inside and out for your enjoyment of local music, the great beer and food from a nearby food truck.
The ol' Vanilla Coffee Blonde (VCB for short.. ya know- we go way back..) is definitely a go-to for me.. But, during the last trip I just caught the last of the Summer fave watermelon flavored beer. Another top notch choice! Using my Groupon coupon, I made sure to fill my newly acquired growler with some of that goodness.

They designed the build out of CBC to include several large party gathering spaces, for your children's birthday or quinceanera (bad parents!!), retirement, adult birthday, anniversary of a divorce, or what-have-you... you catch my drift.
The parking sitch (cool kid speak for 'situation') can be a bit tricky during busy times...but I'm not sure when they're not busy..
