This is one of the worst pharmacies around. Have secondary insurance and filled a prescription last month there with a $0 copay. Refilled this month and was told the copay was $121. Asked if they had billed my secondary and they said yes....which was not the truth. Was also told that my copay last month was $121! So...went home and called my secondary insurance and was told that they had not even submitted a claim. My secondary then called the pharmacy to instruct them on how to bill......so went back and guess what....still a $121 copay. Talked to the pharmacist who said it was a problem with the primary insurance who would not submit it and I would have to wait again. Asked for the name and phone number of the regional manager and was told I would have to call 1-800 Walgreens. Well.....got home and then they called and said oh everything was ok now...$0 co pay, surprise, I could come back and pick it up. The third visit....really????? This is about the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with and cant recommend it to anyone. They have a real attitude problem and could care less about the inconvenience they cause the customer.
