The pastries are to die for, but I'm salty about the supervisor not giving me my employee discount, simply because I didn't have my mall employee ID. Every other restaurant and shop in the mall doesn't require it but Carlo's does. Their return policy sucks also. Plus the lines are always long...
Like I said the pastries are amazing but it's not a place I'd recommend you go all the time. Honestly, I were treated better by the supervisor I'd have a much more positive review.
