Very painful process trip to the south rim Grand Canyon! From the beginning to end. First we are hauled from hotel to hotel pickup to another location drop off and like cattle piled against a room to be drilled the IMAX movie and pink jeep tours along with rules etc. Waited and then put on a tour bus after almost 1.5 after pickup. The driver bus 5703 on Dec 21, 2015 talked non stop from the moment we started to the end 14.5 later! 2 Movies in between with constant interruptions. The bus was loud, baby crying and the driver would not stop talking plus we could not understand a lot what he was saying, not clear at all and slurring words. We stopped a few times but once we finally got to Grand Canyon we did not have much time in either location to view! Disappointing. Everything felt rushed rushed. On the way back it was dark we stopped once but there was no time for dark and sleeping. Either a movie or recording telling us we should be tipping $5-10 per person. Terrible to put this on preannouncement tape. Very pressured feeling, seats on the bus had small arm holders and tight. Uncomfortable. What a waste of money. Painful journey physically and mentally.
