I purchased a used Chrysler T&C from NY CJD in October, after my trusty Pontiac Montana gave up the ghost after 10 years ... We knew what we wanted, and Dawn and the Finance manager worked with us to meet every single option we wanted at a price we enjoyed in a timely manner! We got everything done in less than 48 hours and were driving home in the new vehicle just like that. While it sounds like things were rushed -- they really were not -- it was a very relaxing process, and they walked us through each step of the way. Although it was 10 years since I last bought a car -- and probably 10 years till I buy one again -- I would return and work with Dawn again!
