We recently hired them for a catering job for a work event and we couldn't have asked for better service and quality of food. I worked with Chris in planning the event but Josh was the day-of coordinator for our event. They came way earlier than expected but they were also able to setup the food earlier than what was scheduled on our invoice. This actually worked out for the better since it gave our employees a chance to fully digest and enjoy a three course meal. The food was excellent. Our hors d'oeuvres had variety of seafood, meat, and vegetarian. Our entrees were an awesome chicken and beef combo with sides. Everyone loved it and there was PLENTY for seconds and thirds. This was for sure the most we have spent on catering an onsite event for our company but the service and quality was worth it.
