This is a mixed review....
Let me start by saying Mark is my stylist and he does a decent job! He's done an ok cut for several months. My colorist, while she may be good, may be restricted in her talent by Toni & Guy guidelines. I will not have a colorist there touch my hair again.
Not only did it take 3.5 hours to do an all over color with 2 bleached sections that were colored in a different pigment, but the facility has no ability to speed up the process. The application took nearly an hour and the processing another 2.5. Best part...the purple pigment has faded to almost blond in less than 10 days-it washed out. In the 4 years I've had purple, this has NEVER happened. This is entirely too long to be at a salon, too expensive for a wash out color! I'm not a virgin to color and the longest it's ever taken is 2.5 hours for both the cut and color.
I truly feel the problem is the product, but maybe I'm wrong...I don't think the technician is the issue, however she is very slow in her application.
That being said, a cut and color cost me $169 and 4.5 hours of my day...of this I'm not happy with. I lost 2 hours of my work day and spent no less than $35 more than I had in previous high end salons.
If I could rate Mark, I'd give him a 3 star. The colorist, I'd give her 0 stars.
Super unhappy and I won't go back.
