We used to love this place. We bought two very nice comfort bikes there. My wife is a very serious rider. I am more of 5 miles and lets go home. A while back we noticed this place had an attitude change for the worse. They always seemed mad or pissy. The final straw was a guy who I think is the manager treated my wife like she was an idiot. Many male riders feel female riders suck. Well when that rider is spending money in your shop you should shut your pie hole. Needless to say my wife spent her thousands at another shop. We only use this place for working on the comfort bikes and picking up last minute items. They charge 60 for a tune up. That's pretty fair if you have a nice road bike. But oddly a very basic bike with little to do also costs 60. I just feel this store has slipped.
