Very unprofessional property managers. We have sent them notices from HOA stating tenants weren't keep outside clean...TKPS would not hold tenant accountable which lead to us being charged $250fine; tenants wouldn't pay their portion portion of rent & TKPS would just deduct from the deposit; tenant damaged exterior AC & TKPS deducted from deposit; tenants broke kitchen window & you guessed it TKPS deducted from deposit; requested multiple home inspections since the tenant were constantly getting HOA notices/breaking things, TKPS took over a month to conduct inspection with us asking status on a weekly basis; tenants stated they were moving but change their mind, we were making plans to travel and clean/repairs ourself since TKPS fees were outrageous; we contract TKPS to let them know our plan and was informed the tenant changed their mind (jeez no notice from TKPS); well we received 1/4 of rental payment and TKPS couldn't provide details; the following month tenants moved out without notice per TKPS and stated they would complete final inspection; we took leave from work, purchased flight tickets informed TKPS that we would arrive in 2-weeks and was informed the courts gave tenants a week to move their stuff out yikes That's why we hadn't received that Final Inspection; 1-day before our arrival TKPS sends pics of final inspection, house is totally trashed, clothes, toys, mattresses all over the house and side door of garage is kicked in and door from garage is kicked in.
I would not recommend TKPS to manage your rental property they. Rey slow to respond to inquiry and they only offer one liner responses.
