Three years at Trillium Deer Valley was awful. I had three incidents where I had to call the Police (domestic violence, women banging on the door in the middle of the night because "the old man was beating her"), the neighbors fought 24/7. The smell of marijuana permeating through the thin walls. Parking was awful, car(s) were damaged. Dog Feces everywhere. Dogs off leashes. Speeding cars racing through the parking lot, with children unattended, darting in and out of harms way. Unattended children making a nuisance of themselves near my apartment (throwing rocks toward windows, cars), received threats from other tenants, harrassed by other tennants. Slamming doors shook my apartment walls. The plumbing was shot, there was a constant leak (condensation) over the washer that filled a large bucket with rusty, dirty water every day. The washing machine destroyed my laundry (tearing brand new sheets, clothing). Beware.
This place will lease to anyone. You have to go outside for cell phone service (rain or shine). Just about the time you have a connection, the call is dropped. This was true for all of the adjacent apartments.
