We have taken our children to Dr. Lovejoy over the years for ear infections and various issues. The last two visits Dr. Lovejoy has been very rude. After waiting 20 minutes for Dr. Lovejoy to enter the exam room he seemed angry and agitated prior to even greeting my wife. A few seconds after he entered the room my wifes phone rings and he says in a very rude tone "I need for you to cut that off." She wasn't even going to answer her phone and it was in her purse. The last two visits he's seem distracted, disinterested, like someone who hates their job. We will never return and have spoken to at least one other family with a similar experience with Dr. Lovejoy.
