This practice is a joke. I've waited over an hour past my appointment time before. I was getting injections for headaches up my nose and suddenly had a really bad bleed and lost my sense of smell. Saw my doctor here who said she had no idea how that would happen and didn't think it was caused my the nose spray....so it just coincidentally happened at the same time? She didn't even care. Well I saw my pcp and guess what? There is no doubt in her mind it was caused by the injection. I called Gilbert physical medicine to cancel my upcoming appointment for this spray and upon doing so was told I was being discharged from the practice. I requested my medical records and was told there was a fee. (What kind of crap!?) so I had my pcp request them. Well guess what, false information in my records. So dear office manager who was ever so rude on the phone, I hope you're reading this-you'll be hearing my my lawyer soon.
