We went there 2 out of three times from a Groupon deal I had bought for my wife. We were very pleased initially with the service provided by the doctors associates. Unfortunately it all changed on our third appointment. My wife required dental surgery and had to reschedule for the third appointment. Upon attempting to reschedule the doctor was unbelievably rude and condescending. She then proceeded to ban is from scheduling any further appointments and said our final was now invalid. Then started lying about our contact info being incorrect and unable to reach us because she didn't call the day before to confirm when we have been contacted by them via this number multiple times. Then her tone became almost taunting in regards to a possible refund that we didn't even ask about. The she ended by saying "that's what you asked for". It's is insane that someone with this attitude is allowed to run a practice like this much less continues to stay in business. Highly recommend against after this interaction. There are other places that will do the same work and be happy to have your business rather than rude and spiteful.
