Credit Card Fraud
A co-worker rented out a room for me a year ago at the polo towers. A year later I was charged $158 on my credit card without my authorization. It turned out that someone on there part saved my card in there system without my authorization. The agent who called my co-worker to charge him for his annual maintenance fee automatically charged my card without verifying the card information. It's almost been 2 months and I still have not received a refund that was promised to me by Zemyra Gibbs, an agent of diamond resorts.
