While on vacation in Vegas I stayed at the Silverton Casino. I like to give the restaurants in the hotel a try. My husband was craving fried rice so I said why not after I reviewed the Yelp reviews.
Husband ordered the WuHu Fried Rice and I got Sautéed Eggplant and Pork and Lettuce Cups. Everything is cooked to order. The place is very modern and clean.
Everything came out pipin' hot just the way we like it and very tasty.
I was very impressed - the only thing keeping them from a 5 star is the lack of pork in my dish.
