No stars if possible. Service was just horrendous....they couldn't even take the time to set up an appointment for me, just told me to come back at 4 and see anyone. I never got the name of the lady who did my nails, but she wears a bluetooth earpiece and sits on the left side when you first walk in, in the chair closest to the wall. She was way too focused on her FaceTime and not focused enough on my nails. Cut me a couple of times with the electric buffer. She was also so rough with the nail file, that she cut into the skin underneath my natural nails. Told her I loved everything just to get the hell out of her chair as quickly as I could!!!
