Run away... do not use this company if you don't have to. Horrible customer service and poor techs. Rheem uses them for servicing their water heater under warranty. They send someone out and they sometimes show up but never on time. You'll call them and if the answering service/voice mail answers they might get back to in a couple days. When they are here, they're in a massive hurry to leave and won't bother checking items. The wanted over $400 to swap out a bad water heater. I'm going to write to Rheem to recommend they no longer use this company.
