I have been hearing great things about this place. So finally my boyfriend and I decided to try it. The weather wasn't too hot and I was craving ramen. I had seen other reviews about there being no AC and that got me worried. But it turned out to not be too bad.
I like how the restaurant is very simple and the menu isn't extensive. That's a good sign that the few things on the menu are done well.
We both ordered the tonkotsu ramen and an extra order of chashu (4 more pieces). The broth was deeelish. And I was so glad we ordered the extra chashu. It was flavorful and so tender. And the noodles were just right.
We will be coming back here again and again, to try the different broths and toppings. I can't wait!
