First, you should know you get what you pay for. shouldnt expect high standards for a gym that's $10 for a month- that's 2 subway sandwiches. if you want access to cardio machines, this is a great place; there are rows of treadmills and ellipticals and some stationary bikes. If you're looking to bulk up, maybe you should look elsewhere. If you want better accommodations, buy a membership at the brampton recreation centres, there's one 2 blocks away (membership would work at all rec centres across Brampton), and most of them have gyms that aren't busy because no one really knows about them, everyone goes to goodlife fitness so they can carry around their goodlife fitness duffle bag lol dont join if you're not 100% sure. gyms and cancellation fees are annoying.
