No, no, no.....horrible parking, crime ridden area, one poor maintenance man who was overworked, exorbitant rent, no place for children to play, laundry rooms were dirty and the machines barely worked, cockroach infested inside & out, floors uneven on second floor, pool was green very quickly, railing on the stairs in apartments are outdated and out of code (dangerous for any child), night time security lights didn't work, bullet holes in the laundry room windows, maintenance shut water off all the time, office staff was hit or miss, burglaries every week, literally dangerous place to live for too much money. True it's close to the strip but it is also one street away from 'crack alley', security gate would work only occasionally, no security presence.Run do not walk away from this place. You can find better places for same amount in Las Vegas and live to tell about it. Please run.
