I came here because they have a good review & I surprised about that. After reading the review, I had an appointment w Jessica on Friday for my lashes 3 weeks refilled. I stayed there for 1 hour to have my lashes done but my lashes don't look full when I walked out there. The worst is my lashes all fell off after 4 days refilled. I always have my eyes lashes extension for 8 years & it just felt weird without lashes on me. I wasn't happy about that but I got responded from the shop for their mistake & they really try their best to make their customers happy. I came back for the volume refilled with Vanessa (the owner). She was super nice & made my lashes look in the right way without charging me anything. I just want to say thanks to Vanessa a lot !!
