I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We have been here several times and it's terrible. We figured we would try it again one last time before giving it a review. This time was no different. We pay a decent price for the best wash. That's inside and out. The outside still had bugs all over the front, the rims were still dirty, like they weren't even wiped. The windshield still had bugs on it outside. All that was done on the inside was a good vacuum. The cup holders-dirty, the leather seats- not wiped, the doors were so saturated with oil that the arm of my shirt has a grease stain on it! The coffee that was spilled on the door from the other day at the drive thru at Starbucks was still there. When asked what the problem was and told them all they said was they didn't see the problem. How can you not see the dirt on the dash and the dirt in the cup holders, or that thr back seat was not wiped? My dogs paw print was still on the seat! They didn't even try to fix it. Horrible customer service. The kid was a rude punk and the manager was also rude.I don't need that kind of treatment. I would rather pay the extra money at Craig road car wash and have the job done right. I will never be back here!
