About the store itself: Its is always well organized, and I should know because I visit there, basically once a day, for my daily post workout Froyo. (It's the best quick post-workout meal in town), and the staff is always super friendly.
On buying supplements: I have never gotten anything other than super helpful and unbiased information whilst buying supplements, there. In fact, a few months ago, Leigh suggested that I tried the new Progressive Complete Collagen supplement. I had some reservations, being unconvinced about about the efficacy of ingesting collagen as a mean to replenish collagen stores, but went for it anyway. Turns out, It was the best thing I ever did! I mean.. WHAT joint pain? And I DO look younger.. so I can't complain! :)
