I will never ever recommend this place in my life , I've been a great customer to them never having any problems with my transactions and staying loyal to them , I changed my debit card and let them know about it , however, their incompetent staff didn't even care to update it, so next time I went in they said I owed 2 months , I told them that I had called and updated my card but they said there was no trace of the new card being on file, then they said they would reimburse me one month for the inconvenience even though I had to call and be on the phone for almost an hour in between being bounced around from person to person because they can't do crap at the actual location, and same thing happened again, they rejected my reimbursement after they said they had approved it, and never even let me know, I would NEVER recommend body heat to anyone again , piece of shit business, I will be filing a law suit soon .
