Wake up Thompson Hotel! Wtf is wrong with you? Those 3am fire alarms that last almost an hour are out of control! Fix those damn elevators that never work, and that horrid sewage smell has lingered for a year now. Covering it up with air freshener is not a solution! You guys need to decide if you want to be an entertainment complex or a hotel. I am warning anyone who is considering this hotel to stay away - the place is crap. You will get zero sleeep, be manhandled by bouncers, the food in the diner is disgusting and the service is atrocious. By all means hit the rooftop for an afternoon or to party at night, but staying here is a big mistake.
